The Government will launch the Universal Community Testing (UCT) Programme on 1 September 2020 (Tuesday) with online booking system available on 29 August 2020 to accept citizens' booking of time slots to do specimen collection at Community Testing Centres.
2. Your assistance is sought to stay vigilant and report immediately if there is any abnormality that would have impact on the Hong Kong Internet infrastructure.
3. Should there be any abnormality from now to the end of the Programme, tentatively 14 September 2020 (Monday), inclusively, please report by following the incident reporting mechanism with the attached report form:
