Please be informed that reason for extended outage was due to the following.

A road widening project caused work to take place at enclosure #1 in Ontario, CA. After work was complete additional damage was found at enclosure #2 ~1500 feet from enclosure #1. All 92 fibers needed to be rolled at enclosure #2 in order to restore service.

Additionally, there is a back update 4/15/2019 7:00 - 13:00 GMT that will be utilized.
We are currently checking with CenturyLink regarding the affected circuit list to ensure that all affected circuits will be notified.
