When you send a message to support, some basic information is added to your message, to make sure the right volunteers with the right skills answer your questions. We see: the country code your account is associated with (.tw, which may or may not be the country you live in); the type of device you're using (Android Nougat); and, the app and version you're using (Plus Messenger, v3.18).
Because Telegram hides your phone number (even from us), we also see a support ID. When I asked my colleagues for information, I passed along the ID of this chat, so they will be able to find it and respond.
