10G 可以 auto negotiate 返 1G
我知，如果client都行10gbps 不如直接光纖

Tip: If you're trying to use a 1Gb SFP/DAC/module, you need to manually set the speed to 1G for that interface. It will not automatically recognize single gig modules.
