for BBC and ITV, they have regional service

and ITV actually is not a singal TV station but a collective of Licensees
again, i worry about the bandwidth, transmitting encoded video is quite bandwidth exhausting, unless we're talking about SDR and transmitting raw band

But will need ~100Mbps of upload to carry all channels
It's not EU, 100Mbps can be expensive somewhere else
依家 carry 十幾條 channel 都係 60Mbps 左右
How does it scale when more people watch
