Responsibilities
• Contribute to and lead efforts/projects in the deployment, maintenance and support of current and new data center infrastructure.
• Lead complex troubleshooting, and resolve critical or escalated technical issues regarding affected equipment.
• Test and troubleshoot new complex server hardware components and designs.
• Configure and troubleshoot Linux OS-related issues on our servers
Minimum Qualifications
• LPIC or equivalent experience working with Linux (Red Hat, Slackware, Fedora, SUSE, Ubuntu, Debian, Gentoo) or Unix (Solaris, AIX, HP-UX, BSD) or other similar OS.
• Experience with troubleshooting hardware/network issues using Linux tools and understanding of intermediate OS, PC hardware and networking concepts, tools and protocols.
• Experience with leading project teams on larger installations and developing project contingency plans.
• Ability to lift and move 25kgs of equipment.

On February 8, 2021, a hacker successfully compromised all the servers we use to operate our business including the No Support Linux Hosting web site, Admin section, and our customer database. We can no longer operate the No Support Linux Hosting business.
All customers should immediately download backups of their websites and databases through cPanel.
