Again, it is not just technical, it is indeed one aspect of the whole ARM K8S experience I tried over this month which is sadly disappointing, consider that I just need to get the storage part and network configuration part done, and I could really tell the potential is very much here.

It is that when I was missing such a vital service (networked block storage), and THIS IS A REQUIREMENT FOR ANYONE WHO CALLED THEMSELVES CLOUD SERVICE PROVIDER, however with my reply to a previous ticket for this technical support, such a simple feature request was not able to cleanly deliver to the right person, to the product managers! and I cannot see how LayerStack could be anywhere successful if they are being such bureaucratic. 

I'm sorry for all the rage and I know LayerStack is just a small team, heck maybe even on startup level, but from what I've seen so far, this company is incredibly inflexible. That's the ultimate problem of what I've experienced so far, and I'm not satisfied.
