暫時睇 Cogent 主要都喺 congestion
之前試過 Extreme forward 果陣會 truncate packet
係唔係fast forward啲setting 鳩到loop起左
CN2 not for accessing public Internet
That's only useful for China Intetnet
You said HE and Cogent is not good, then you can use CN2 for global internet
Relatively but HE is worse
At least Cogent can do BGP communities
You can kind of control routing
China internet can control routing and DNS also
