The main issue is that we have a RNAL subsea cable issue and our Engineering team has been routing customers that are affected.
Our Engineering team has added 90G capacity between the HKG-Taiwan route to mitigate the congestion issue as we wait for the scheduled RNAL subsea cable repair work on the 14-19th February 2022.

HK - EU- NY =~300ms, NY - CA - HK =~300, so 600ms cloud be possible to go around the world

hmm 600ms...

so half the earth is about 300ms

It's around 250ms RTT if using Earth's equator to calculate RTT
