different design, AWS dont have global HA

You can see many website was down during AWS broken in many times.

Some people trust Cloud service, and its like the god and never down

OPS gained site access to observe that one Telecom and Broadcasting Equipment (TBE) Room was seriously damaged by fire. All copper and fibre block-wiring inside the TBE were burnt. It is estimated around 200 voice, 60 BB & 30 data/fiber lines are involved. Fire Services Dept, Police and Labour Dept are still investigating the site. All telecom operators are not allowed to carry out repair works.
