pip3 install opencv-python
或者 apt install libopencv
cpp
git clone opencv再configure make install
你寫cpp要自己build from source or pull from apt
should be straight forward enough and opencv has an official guide
just following the tutorial on their website
You need to remove MPI and CUDA support at configure time
