當網友下載安裝「特供版」後，就會發現電腦多了「flashhelperservice.exe」程式於後台執行，動不動系統就會跳出廣告，甚至是色情廣告。如果試圖砍掉這程式，Flash 執行時就又會跳出「缺少重要套件」視窗，勸用戶再安裝這廣告程式。

I disagree with you, since if you need the certification to prove yourself skills. I have ask the difference teacher to get the suggestion. before get the ccna certification, need to get the university degree. It will better to find the good jobs, since many company wants the candidates need bachelor degree more than professional certificates.
when i want to join ccna test, i have get a bad luck, since the course have update, and the information was differences by pass, i need to more practice. Which will enhance my rate of ccna test.
