其實就係將啲 Server 嘅 Storage consolidate 埋一齊
Ceph 會自己做 Replication 同埋 scale up/down
跟住就係買 N5K 嚟做 storage 部分嘅 switching
其實 Ceph 行乜嘢網都得嘅,不過 Eth 係最簡單……
我都唔知有咗 FC Switch / FC Controller / FC HBA 之後要點樣 assign 啲 storage 落啲 VM 到……
Ceph 嘅話我可以用返 Server 嘅 Local Storage
Consolidate 咗 storage 個部分
然後可以 instruct VM 去用佢個 Block Storage
佢係 Linux 都係就咁 Block Device
可以叫 KVM 直接食咗個 Block Device 嚟開機
