PCCW 全資起個條 RNAL 有六對 fibre pair，一半比左 Flagtel，另一半就同 Telstra 共享，條纜未 upgrade 之前可以受到 960Gbps，後尾 upgrade 咗之後速度提升十倍
舉多個例子，Tata TGN-IA 呢條纜 PCCW 有 30% 頻寬使用權
不過得 Telia 有用 aae-1 行 Internet traffic
咁衍生第二個問題，香港 DDoS protection 點解普及唔到落大眾（真心唔知），唔計hardware 同埋唔肯用$ D 傻仔
