Since we see a lot of users abusing our platform for bad intentions, there is a fair chance of people getting throttled when they use a lot of bandwidth. I can imagine that is the case for you.
You might want to transfer the workspace to a paid account. We are generally more flexible with those accounts.
However, I need to say that we cannot guarantee specific bandwidths.
