小弟想到的解是在本機網路界面上加掛一組穿透式 proxy 伺服器，因為 apt 傳輸都是用 ftp 跟 http，不過如果碰到加密連線，不知道會怎樣。

apt 走 http 吧？

也有 ftp 的界面，不知道有哪個站使用

還有 HTTPS 跟 Tor 喔
基本上是可以擴充的
